Agustinus brews a special palm wine (captikus) from the sap of palm trees and to harvest that, climbs 30-feet high trees every day using just a bamboo pole! He showed us the secret behind his handcrafted village brew and even let us sample the first drops of freshly brewed captikus which contain 90% alcohol!
